Organic Chef Tom's Sweet Miso Dressing Delight is one of our all-time family favorites. It's one of those very special "keeper" recipes that's delicious on anything you pour it on!
This easy-to-prepare dressing is seasoned with one of Chef Tom's favorite ingredients, Miso Master Organic Sweet White Miso. Miso Master is one of our favorite companies that are dedicated to producing their products with the finest ingredients and their miso factory is located 30 miles from our home base of Asheville, NC.
- ½ cup organic olive oil
- ½ cup water
- 3 tablespoons vinegar (apple cider, brown rice vinegar) or lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 fresh sprig of dill
- 2 sprigs fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dry parsley
- ¼ small onion
- 4 Tbsp (rounded) Miso Master Organic Sweet White Miso or Miso Master Organic Mellow White Miso
Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until creamy smooth. Store in glass jar in refrigerator.
